Inglo 360 Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Inglo 360 platform, a customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software operated by Inglo LLC.

By creating an account or using the Inglo 360 platform, you agree to these Terms.


1. Platform Overview

Inglo 360 provides software tools designed to help businesses manage:

customer relationship management (CRM)

marketing automation

sales pipelines

communication systems

appointment scheduling

marketing funnels

analytics and reporting

Inglo 360 is a software platform only and does not operate or control the businesses that use the platform.


2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Businesses using Inglo 360 represent that they have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of their organization.


3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using Inglo 360 agree to:

use the platform only for lawful purposes

comply with all applicable marketing, privacy, and communication laws

obtain proper consent before sending marketing messages

maintain the accuracy of their customer data

Customers are solely responsible for their:

contact lists

marketing campaigns

communications sent through the platform

business practices

Inglo 360 does not monitor or control customer marketing practices.


4. Marketing and Communication Compliance

Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing communications, including but not limited to:

TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

CAN-SPAM Act

GDPR where applicable

state privacy laws

Before sending SMS or marketing emails, customers must ensure they have proper consent from recipients.

Customers must also provide clear opt-out mechanisms for communications.

Inglo 360 is not responsible for unlawful communications sent by customers using the platform.


5. Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of the customer data they upload or store within the Inglo 360 platform.

Inglo 360 acts as a data processor and technology provider and does not claim ownership of customer databases.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to collect, store, and use their customer data.


6. Data Processing

Inglo 360 processes customer data solely for the purpose of providing software services.

Inglo 360 does not sell customer contact lists stored within the platform.

Data may be processed through third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform.


7. Acceptable Use

Customers may not use Inglo 360 to:

send spam or unsolicited communications

engage in fraudulent activities

distribute malicious software

promote illegal products or services

harass or abuse individuals

Inglo 360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.


8. Third-Party Integrations

Inglo 360 may integrate with third-party services including:

payment processors

messaging providers

analytics tools

marketing platforms

affiliate product vendors

Use of these services may be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.

Inglo 360 is not responsible for third-party services.


9. Affiliate Relationships

Inglo and its affiliated brands may promote third-party software, products, or services through affiliate relationships.

Inglo may receive commissions or referral compensation from these partnerships.

These relationships do not affect the operation of the Inglo 360 platform.


10. Platform Availability

Inglo 360 strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

maintenance

technical issues

third-party service outages

infrastructure failures

Inglo 360 is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inglo LLC shall not be liable for:

indirect damages

lost profits

business interruptions

marketing campaign outcomes

customer disputes

Inglo 360 provides software tools but does not guarantee business results.


12. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inglo LLC from claims arising from:

marketing activities conducted using the platform

unlawful communications

violations of privacy laws

disputes with customers or leads


13. Account Termination

Inglo 360 may suspend or terminate accounts if:

users violate these Terms

unlawful activity is detected

abuse of platform services occurs

Customers may terminate their account at any time.


14. Changes to Terms

Inglo 360 may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Inglo LLC is registered or operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
